General Queries
We accept VISA, Amex, Apple Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay + more. Please scroll down to our footer for the full list of acceptable payments.
You can contact us either through the chat box at the bottom right-hand corner on our website, through email via 'contact us' page or through our social media channels; Instagram (@monsterpiercings) and Facebook (Monster Piercing). We always aim to get back to you within 24 hours (except Sundays when office is closed).
All of our pages give a brief information as well as the common piercing sizes worn within that collection. We also have a Size Guide page on our footer that can be used for reference on the different jewellery and piercings sizes. However, as an online store we cannot recommend any particular size for your piercings through chat/email even if you provide us with a picture of your piercing. We suggest for the most comfortable fit, safety and style please ensure you know your exact piercing sizes. If unknown it is best to consult with a local piercer.
Our pieces are all sold as single items unless it is stated in the title or description that it is sold as a pair. Please check these 2 areas before purchasing if you are looking for pair items.
Shipping & Returns
Our warehouse is located in the UK and packages take 3-5 business days to reach our UK customers. Although in most cases, UK orders are received by the customer within 4 days’ time. All UK deliveries are carried out using Royal Mail service. For full details on UK and other countries please check our Shipping Policy page.
Orders made before 12pm GMT will be packed and sent on the same day. Orders made from 12pm to midnight will be packed and shipped the very next morning (not including Sundays where the package will be shipped on Monday morning instead).
In any case you want to return an item, we do offer a 7-day return policy. You can return your order upto 7 days after you have received your item and proof of postage must be sent to us along with your order details for us to process a refund. Any return postage cost of items shall be borne by the customer.
If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order details as most packages leave our warehouse either on the day of order or the next. Monster Piercing prides itself in fast and efficient shipping, so it may not always be possible to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. If possible, we will change the shipping address from our side before it has been marked as ‘Shipped’ on our system.
If you have chosen a tracked delivery service, your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your item has been shipped from our warehouse. You can track your order using this number until it reaches you. If you are unable to find your tracking number please email us at info@monsterpiercing.com with order details and we will provide you with the information.
