All defective or wrong products can be replaced or returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
All items come sealed. If the seal is broken then refunds and returns cannot be claimed due to sanitary reasons, unless the product is faulty/damaged, whereas it can be returned or replaced.
Store credits should only be for those wishing to replace a perfectly good item. However, this only applies for items returned (showning proof of return) within 14 days of receiving the item.
Any returns caused by a mistake on your end (such as incorrect delivery details) have to be processed by contacting us directly.
Packages can be re-shipped upon repayment of shipping fees.
Postage and packaging costs for returned products are not refunded unless item is faulty/damaged.
