Gold & Silver

To prevent tarnishing of your gold or silver jewellery please ensure that you:

• Avoid exposure to perfume, deodorants, hairspray, salt water, chemicals or abrasive substances.
• Store your jewellery in a suitable airtight container.
• Clean the jewellery regularly using our polishing & buffing cloth with our Vegan Polishing Spray Set.

Surgical Steel

Wipe your jewellery down with our soft cloth and Vegan Polishing Spray Set. Alternatively, you can also use our cleaning brush to gently clear away the harder spots. Do not use the brush too hard when cleaning to avoid scratching the surface.

Titanium

Wipe your jewellery down with our polishing & buffing cloth with our Vegan Polishing Spray Set for a few minutes.

PVD Plated

If required, clean your plated jewellery gently with our polishing & buffing cloth with our Vegan Polishing Spray Set. We recommend you to do this after every use for the best care.

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
• Working days are defined as Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• We use Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked as our trusted courier service to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Delivery Timeframe

• After dispatch, Royal Mail typically delivers within 1-5 working days, depending on your location.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and destination of your order. For order values over £20, packages are sent via FREE service. Order values below £20 cost £2.99 for tracked service.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

*All sealed items still inside its original packet can be replaced or returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs in this case.

In the rare case, if customers are sent out wrong/defective items, these can be returned with proof either with a return label provided or reimbursed postage costs to the customer.
