Surgical Steel
Wipe your jewellery down with our soft cloth and Vegan Polishing Spray Set. Alternatively, you can also use our cleaning brush to gently clear away the harder spots. Do not use the brush too hard when cleaning to avoid scratching the surface.
Titanium
Wipe your jewellery down with our polishing & buffing cloth with our Vegan Polishing Spray Set for a few minutes.
PVD Plated
If required, clean your plated jewellery gently with our polishing & buffing cloth with our Vegan Polishing Spray Set. We recommend you to do this after every use for the best care.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and destination of your order. For order values over £20, packages are sent via FREE service. Order values below £20 cost £2.99 for tracked service.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
*All sealed items still inside its original packet can be replaced or returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs in this case.
In the rare case, if customers are sent out wrong/defective items, these can be returned with proof either with a return label provided or reimbursed postage costs to the customer.
