Gold nose ring

Very fine not filmsy but fine

Bit of a mix up!

The hoop was too large, so I requested a return and was told I would be emailed in response to my request. I spent the next 10 days checking my inbox for an email from "Monster Piercing" to no avail. Turns out, the response was sent just one day after my request but the sender was labelled "info" (info @ monsterpiercing.com) hence nothing appearing in my search. After clearing up the oversight, I had no problem in arranging the return and exchange of my item. A specific shout out to Susan in customer service who dealt with my query quicky, politely and patiently. I will review the hoop when I've actually worn it!
