PVD Plated
If required, clean your plated jewellery gently with our polishing & buffing cloth with our Vegan Polishing Spray Set. We recommend you to do this after every use for the best care.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, all packages are shipped from our warehouse 2 business days after a customer places an order. Please then check your region at checkout to see how long your package will take to arrive through courier.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
All sealed items still inside its original packet can be replaced or returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs in this case.
In the rare case, if customers are sent out wrong/defective items, these can be returned with proof either with a return label provided or reimbursed postage costs to the customer.
